Position Description:
Integrated Spatial Solutions, Inc. (ISSI) is an expanding GIS firm in Southern California with an immediate opening for a GIS Analyst. ISSI is a customer service oriented company that provides onsite GIS support to a variety of private and public sector clients.

Qualified applicants should have a B.A. or B.S. in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related field.

This position is responsible for providing application development and support services for customers in the design and implementation of web-based and desktop applications. Position requires a minimum of 2 Years experience working with the ESRI GIS product line. Preferred experience includes database design and application programming experience using Visual Basic, .net, SQL, HTML, and Javascript, cartographic data mapping and analysis, data conversion, geoprocessing, and applied knowledge of shapefile, coverage and geodatabase management and administration. GPS experience a plus.

Experience using: MS windows, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcGIS 9, ArcSDE and UNIX

Successful candidate must be a motivated individual who is capable of working independently and possessing excellent communication skills.
